RETURN POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot and do not give returns if you are not satisfied with the product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving your order. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or damaged, you should promptly Contact Us with proof of purchase, description of the issue and picture(s) of the defective product.
WARRANTY
Here at Lustful Romance we believe in our products, however sometimes things can go wrong. Please note that due to the nature of our products warranty replacement is only valid for same model or same model value replacement in the case of discontinued or out-of-stock product.
UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED PACKAGES
We cannot be responsible for shipments lost due to an incorrect address or rejected packages. Please verify your address before placing your order. All returned packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover additional & unpaid shipping costs. If an order is returned, we will send a notification by email. We do not refund shipping fees.
